• Donations: name, email, optional phone, amount, campaign, payment method and transaction reference. We never collect card or bank login details on this website.
• Contact messages: name, email, optional phone, subject and message.

How we use it

We use your details only to respond to your enquiry, coordinate volunteering opportunities, confirm and acknowledge contributions, and keep accurate financial records. We do not sell or share your information, and submissions are never displayed publicly.

Who can see it

Submissions are stored securely in the website’s administration area and are accessible only to authorised NAMAL administrators.

People we serve

We do not publish identifiable information or images of people receiving assistance without their informed consent. Children are never used as publicity material.
